Our management and ownership team have more than 25 years of experience in owning and operating franchisors.
We are affiliated with a family office, which has focused on buying and developing B2B and B2C service businesses (not food) operating primarily in North America, but we have developed franchise brands in more than 20 countries. At one point, our affiliate owned franchise companies with more than 2,500 franchised units worldwide. Our ownership group currently has ownership positions in 6 franchisors.
In conjunction with our affiliated franchise companies, we also provide services to third-party franchise companies. This enables us to leverage our existing management capabilities and resources. It also gives us an opportunity to identify franchisors who may be seeking a value-added investment partner with the proven ability to grow franchise systems.

Legal and Compliance
We have more than 25 years of experience in handling all aspects of franchise compliance, including drafting of FDD’s, franchise agreements, master franchise agreements, area development agreements, national account programs, ad and tech fund design and management, etc. We also have developed sophisticated mapping tools, franchise disclosure and sales management processes, etc.
We can manage all legal and compliance (other than litigation) associated with your franchise companies.
M&A Services and Franchise Resales
We are affiliated with the largest business brokerage firm in the US and Canada, and handle thousands of business transactions each year. This affiliated company can assist your team in managing the resale of existing franchise locations. We also have two affiliated investment banking firms that handle larger transactions so if you are interested in either acquiring another company or selling your company, please let us know. We have decades of experience in buying and selling franchisors.
Capital Raises
Our principal owners have invested in and/or acquired more than a dozen a franchisors during the past 25 years. We are constantly looking at opportunities to invest in and develop small to mid-sized franchise systems. We offer franchise sales consulting and outsourced services. We have developed successful franchise sales programs relying primarily on internal sales teams, but we also have significant experience in working with third-party brokers and converting independent operators into franchised locations. We have also developed highly successful Master Franchise and Area Development models for both domestic and international expansion. The design and economics of your franchise brand will dictate which sales channel(s) are most appropriate for your business.
